Gardner, Kansas is a growing suburb in the southern part of Kansas City. It is 31 miles, or 36 minutes, from downtown Gardner to downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Getting to Gardner is convenient as there are two Gardner exits off Interstate 35. Olathe, Kansas is only a 15-minute drive on I-35 from Gardner. Olathe is the county seat of Johnson County, Kansas.

The population of Gardner doubled in the last decade. During the real estate boom, many new houses were built there. Thus, it is a great and affordable place for first-time and move-up homebuyers.
